Stockton-on-the-Forest Primary School

Happy, Healthy, Learning for Life and Caring for All

Wellbeing and SEND

A whole school approach to an inclusive education

At Stockton on the Forest Primary School, all children are treated as valued individuals and are given the support and encouragement required to achieve their full potential. We aim to provide a caring, happy environment where children feel nurtured and cared for. We are committed to supporting children to develop strong self-esteem and a positive mindset. We achieve this through living out our school values and learning the importance of looking after our wellbeing in assemblies, in lessons and with enrichment days and visitors. This supports our pupils to access an inclusive, broad and balanced curriculum that helps all to enjoy learning and achieve their potential. Where children face challenges in learning that may require additional support, provision or approach, we work closely with the child and their families to make sure they get the best supportive learning environment where all children experience achievement and success.

Our SEN team:
